Die beim Verbraucher abgefragten Daten (nachfolgend "Interessent") sind notwendige Informationen, um die kostenlose, on line Verbreitungsdienstleistung von Anzeigen durch das Portal in Anspruch nehmen zu Können (nachfolgend "Dienstleistung)
www.wayin.net (nachfolgend das "Portal").
Die vom Interessenten übertragenen Daten unterliegen den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des D.Lgs 30.6.2003 Nr.. 196 bezüglich "Schutz der Person und anderer Personen mit Rücksicht auf die Behandlung von persönlichen Daten" (nachfolgend "Privacy code").
Die persönlichen Daten werden von Wayin Spa, mit Sitz in Via Valentini 7, 59100 Prato (anschließend ("Inhaber") mit Benutzung auch von EDV-Prozeduren für folgende Zwecke verwendet;

By the personal information provided we mean the data the User enters upon registering and the changes and/or additions he/she may make afterwards, as well as the personal data the User enters when using the Services.
Data processing has the following aims:
1. Einführung und Abwicklung der vertraglichen Beziehung, die das Erbringen der Dienstleistung zum Gegenstand haben;
2. Erfüllung der vom Gesetzgeber verlangten Pflichten, siehe Punkt 1;
3. Erhaltung und Archivierung von persönlichen Daten, die in enger Verbindung stehen und für die Erfüllung von Punkt 1 und 2 notwendig sind;
4. sending, by e-mail as well, advertising and promotional material, periodical communications and weekly newsletters about the latest developments and offers available on the Portal;
5. developing analyses, market research studies and statistics.
The data provided by the User are divided into two categories: required and optional, as specified in the forms available on the Site. The required data are those strictly necessary to register on the Site in order to use the Services provided by the Proprietor through the Site itself. The optional data are useful to improve the quality of the Services and of the Communications.
The personal information we collect can be given out to a third party, with no need for the Interested Party to give his/her consent, if such communication is made to fulfil obligations provided for by the law or by regulations.
The personal information can also be given out to companies belonging to the group of the Proprietor to pursue the same aims as that it has been collected for, with no need for the Interested Party to give a specific consent.
Some members of the Proprietor's staff, who are in charge of data processing, can access the personal data of the Interested Party in order to perform the tasks they are in charge of with reference to the aims of data processing as stated at points 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 above.
Art. 7 of the Privacy Code gives the Interested Party some specific rights that relate to data processing, including: to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data relating to him/her; to obtain an indication as to their origin, the purposes and methods of processing; to obtain the updating, amendment or integration of said data; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymity or the blocking of data processed by breach of law; the right to object to their processing for valid reasons and if the data are used to send advertising material, sales literature, market research studies, direct sale material and interactive business communications, it being understood that the deletion of one's personal data can be obtained only by sending written communication to the Proprietor.
To exercise the aforesaid rights the Interested Party can get the assistance of individual persons, institutions, associations or agencies or of a person he/she can trust.
Such rights can be exercised by written request sent to the Proprietor's registered office address by recorded delivery, fax or e-mail to the following e-mail address: privacy@wayin.net.

For each inquiry about the existence of his/her personal data, the Interested Party can be asked to make a contribution to the cost, not exceeding the cost actually incurred, in accordance with the procedures and within the limits laid down by the Data Protection Commissioner, if the existence of data relating to him/her is not confirmed.
